Hilda Clarice Graham

Hilda Clarice Graham
is a keynote presenter, program developer, training specialist and author for the National School
Safety Center. Ms. Graham presents at local, regional and national levels. She has written numerous
books, articles, pamphlets, and training designs about bullying, hate-bias crimes, school safety,
team building and cultural issues. Having teaching experience in both public school and community
settings, she serves as a consultant trainer for schools, communities, and law enforcement agencies.
She has served as a master trainer on the topic of bullying prevention for the California Department
of Education. In the last year alone, she has conducted training programs in Missouri, Colorado,
West Virginia, Illinois, Utah, Alabama, Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, California, North Carolina,
Indiana, and Tennessee. Hilda has received special congressional recognition for her work in the
community regarding bullying prevention.
Recently, Hilda has completed educational videos about cyber-bullying and personal
safety on the Internet. She has also designed training curriculums on the role of
schools in homeland security, adult bullying in the workplace, and school safety
assessment. She has trained more than 9,500 school resource officers and school
administrators associated with the federal COPS in Schools Initiative. A resource for
the media on topics related to school safety, Hilda has also authored two prevention
curricula developed for the Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association:
